CrossPoint Clinical Service

CrossPoint Clinical provides faith-based and traditional mental health counseling services via tele-therapy and in three offices in Massachusetts. Additionally, they offer ongoing health and wellness services and periodic educational workshops to constituents in their communities.

Faced with the need to upgrade an outdated and inflexible WordPress website, they turned to H. Terry to redesign and build a new site to their exact specifications. Key objectives included:

• Added calls-to-action.
• A database-driven “Counselor/Staff” section.
• Integration of online forms.
• Integration of online payments using PayPal.
• Improved event promotion.
• Improved navigation.
• Embedded calls for email marketing sign-ups.
• Ease of back-end updating and refinement by non-programmers.
• Inclusion of key video elements.

As the new website was three weeks away from launch, the existing CrossPoint website was hacked. When their existing vendor and hosting company could not address the situation, H. Terry jumped in – and to the relief of CrossPoint’s leadership and stakeholders – launched the new website within two days.
