Berkshire Regional Planning Commision

The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) works to improve the environment in the Berkshire communities it serves. H. Terry was asked to redesign their website to effectively communicate information about their events and services.

This required developing new functionality to better highlight the benefits of each program and to connect with key BRPC managers with digital assets to aid their work. A redesigned staff listing section was created to enable visitors to more easily contact someone who could assist them.

H. Terry built an email marketing integration with Constant Contact to streamline visitor sign-up for e-newsletters and to allow for access to the newsletter library.

Working closely with BRPC leadership, H. Terry streamlined staff workflows, while developing a website that empowered the organization to meet its business needs today as well as in the future.
